1. Renewable Energy: We use solar panels to heat the water in our bathrooms and swimming pool, thereby reducing our dependence on fossil fuels and our carbon footprint.
2. Water Management: We have installed timed faucets with pressure reducers to limit consumption to 6 liters per minute.
3. Ecological sanitation: we treat our wastewater using an individual biological treatment plant.
4. Eco-friendly lighting: we are gradually switching to solar lighting and energy-saving light bulbs in our common areas in order to reduce our energy consumption.
5. Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products: We use biodegradable cleaning products, minimizing our impact on the environment while maintaining a clean environment.
6. Waste Management: We practice selective sorting and composting of green waste, raising awareness among our visitors about the importance of these actions.
7. Secure Communal Barbecue: our barbecues are charcoal-fired, offering a user-friendly solution that is also environmentally friendly.
